"Tell Me Something Good!" features good news about students in our community that we don't get to hear about every day! Good news can include anything such as music, athletic, writing, theater etc. awards, scholarships, community service, college acceptance, anything big or small we'd love to hear it and share it!

Latest and Greatest:

** Congratulations to Oakwood sophomore Trevor Brooks who received Honorable Mention at the National High School Ethics Bowl Case Competition. Trevor won ONE of only three monetary awards for his case.  His work was selected from the highest number of submissions the competition has ever received. Many congratulations to Trevor!

 

** Bravo to Ann Pierre Louis, Oakwood senior, on her acceptance to Columbia University and Swarthmore College! Way to go Ann!

** Kudos to Lila Ressler, Oakwood senior, who won a gold award for flash fiction and a silver award for her personal essay submitted to the Scholastic National Competition - The nation’s longest-running, most prestigious recognition program for creative teens! Way to go Lila! Bravo!
