Jonathan Bisson

Jonathan facilitates sections of Learning Skills and Focused Instruction in the Upper School. He advises freshmen and sophomores, and he taught English to juniors and seniors during the 2019-2020 academic year. He has tutored teenagers in public, private, college, and homeschool settings across Dutchess County since 2009. Before coming to Oakwood, he served The Kildonan School as a Grades 11/12 Literature Teacher, Orton-Gillingham Practitioner, and Co-Dean of Faculty. He lives on Oakwood’s campus with his wife and their dog.
